COSEINCORSO
For its first participation in RendezVous, Colnaghi Brussels has invited COSEINCORSO to curate an exhibition combining works from the gallery’s collection with pieces from the studio’s own practice.
The Order of Things considers how objects acquire meaning through their arrangement and their relationship to one another. The exhibition traces a movement from the instinctive accumulation of the collector towards the space of artistic production.
Works from different periods are brought together through correspondences of material, form and gesture. Within these groupings, historical objects become part of new visual and material contexts.
The installation takes the form of an interior, recalling the intimate and associative character of a collector’s home or an artist’s studio. Works of art, furniture and other objects are assembled in a setting where distinctions between utility and sculpture remain deliberately fluid.
The exhibition will run from 10 September to 10 October 2026.
Guided tours of the exhibition will be organised between 12:00 and 1:00 by the curators.
