ELIXIR is a network between archaeology and archives. As an ecosystem, Max Blotas’s sculptures hijack and transform embedded architectures into autonomous systems. These systems digest filmed images, appropriating the spatial representations of the places they inhabit. Evidence is metabolized into sci-fi facsimiles. The virus leaks through a flux of elixir.  But there is no remedy, the sequence unfolds as something both ordinary and uncanny.

MOVE ON is a performance by Mathilde Chaize. The work presents the audience with seven spectacular objects. Mathilde Chaize invites 6 artists and 1 writer to propose a plastic gesture/ intervention within each object, staging spectacular formats through the activation of these object-stages. Each artist engages with the object as both material and medium, transforming it into a narrative or abstract framework, these gestures become material, which Mathilde Chaize activates through staging. In doing so, the work explores the possibility of embodiment through the object rather than through the human body.
