Maintaining the annual continuity of opening the doors to make space and give visibility in Brussels to the artists and creative practitioners who have been in residence. The Green Corridor Brussels hosts and invites you to an extended weekend of collective gathering of works and performative proposals.

While the present practitioners engage with diverse artistic processes in pursuit of their research, aspects of materiality, the environment, sociocultural, bodysomatic, and critical discourses and practices converge, supporting speculation and ways of doing that largely reflect the time spent at this very location.

Through an exhibitionary format that places artistic objects and expressions in proximity, seeking to expand sensorial perception, conditions re-emerge not only as circumstances that affect, but also as intended to provoke moments of commonality, friction, and conversation, thereby transforming into new possible constellations of meanings and perceptions.

Agnes Essonti Luque (L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, 1996) is an artist and researcher whose practice explores the multiplicity of identities, memory and belonging, moving fluidly between photography, installation and performance. Her work imagines historical moments and intimate memories, proposing acts of symbolic restitution that question colonial narratives while offering new and tastier views rooted in affection, ritual and the senses. Agnes is the third exchange resident between the Barcelona-based E:\ ART and The Green Corridor Brussels.
